Google Slides, Power BI, Tableau and Looker Studio

Show a slide deck that advances by itself, or a live dashboard that keeps itself up to date.

Updated October 25, 2026 · 2 min read

Paste a link to a slide deck or dashboard and SignBlink sets it up for screens: slides advance by themselves and loop, dashboards hide their toolbars, and both reload regularly so your changes show up.

Add one

  1. Go to Content → Video, slides or web page and choose Slides or dashboard.
  2. Paste the link. SignBlink recognizes the service and shows a tick beside it.
  3. For Google Slides, choose how many seconds each slide shows.
  4. Choose Add, then put it in a playlist and publish.

To show one in part of a design instead (beside your logo or a clock), add Widgets → More → Web page in the designer and paste the link there.

The link has to be public, because a screen can't sign in to Google or Microsoft.

ServiceWhich linkReloads every
Google SlidesFile → Share → Publish to web → Publish, or a deck shared as Anyone with the link30 minutes
Power BIFile → Embed report → Publish to web (public): the link starting app.powerbi.com/view60 minutes
Tableau PublicThe visualization's address, or Share → Link60 minutes
Looker StudioFile → Embed report, tick Enable embedding, and share the report with Anyone with the link30 minutes
CanvaShare → More → Public view link—

If SignBlink says the link needs a sign-in, or that the service isn't letting it be shown, follow the steps for that service above and try again.

How long it stays on screen

In the playlist, set the item's time to cover the whole deck: for 6 slides at 10 seconds each, 60 seconds. Or give the deck a playlist of its own on a screen and let it loop.

Slides and dashboards need the screen to be online. For something that must always play, export it as a PDF or video and upload that instead: see Upload photos, videos, PDFs, PowerPoints and music.
