Download all your data
Get everything in your account as one ZIP file: files, designs, playlists, screens and spreadsheets.
You can download a copy of everything in your account whenever you like: to keep a backup, or to take your work with you.
- Go to Settings › Organization.
- Under Your data, choose Download everything.
- Your browser saves a ZIP file named after your account. Large libraries take a while; keep the page open until the download finishes.
Only owners can download, because the file includes your team and activity.
What's inside

playlists.json, screens.json | Playlists in order, and each screen's settings, schedules and screen hours. |
team.csv | Everyone on your team and their role. |
proof-of-play.csv | What played on each screen, by hour, for the last 400 days. |
activity.csv | Your account's activity log. |
The .csv files open in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets. A README.txt inside the ZIP explains everything.
