Signing in and keeping your account secure
Verify or change your email, manage your password and two-step verification, and close an account.
Your account settings are under Settings → Your account.
Signing in
Sign in at app.signblink.com with your email and password, or with Google if your SignBlink email is a Google account.
Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
Change your password under Settings → Your account. Your other devices are signed out; you stay signed in where you are.
Verify your email
New password accounts receive a confirmation email. Open the link and choose Confirm email to begin using the account. The free trial starts after verification. Links expire after 24 hours; use Resend verification email if needed. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
Existing accounts keep working and can verify from Your account. Signing in with Google confirms a matching, verified Google email address.
Change your sign-in email
Under Your account → Change sign-in email, enter your new address and current password. Accounts without a password use a one-time code sent to their current email. The code lasts 10 minutes and works only in the browser where it was requested.
Your current address stays active until you open the email sent to the new address and confirm it. You can cancel a pending change in Your account. Confirming a change signs out all sessions, forgets remembered devices, and invalidates password-reset links. Sign in again with your password or your linked Google account. A security notice goes to the previous address.
Two-step verification
Two-step verification adds a code from an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password) when you sign in. We recommend it for every owner.
- In Settings → Your account, turn on two-step verification.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code it shows.
- Save your recovery codes somewhere safe. Each one works once, if you lose your phone.
When you sign in on a new browser, you can tick Remember this device for 30 days. You'll still enter your password, but not the code. Leave it off on shared computers. In your account settings, Forget them (next to the number of remembered browsers) makes every browser ask for a code again.
Sign out everywhere
Sign out everywhere ends every session for your account, including the one you're using. Use it if you've lost a device or think someone else has your password.
Owners can see sign-ins and changes made by everyone on the team. See See who changed what.
Close an organization or delete your account
These controls are under Your account, including when you no longer belong to an organization.
- Close organization is available to owners. Type its exact name and confirm with your password or an emailed code. It cancels the organization's subscriptions immediately, stops its players when they reconnect, revokes API keys and invitations, and ends members' access. Existing charges are not automatically refunded. Organization content is retained; contact support about recovery or removal.
- If billing cannot finish the closure, the organization pauses new purchases and changes. Return to Your account and choose Retry closure, or contact support. Another organization on your account is unaffected.
- Delete my account permanently removes your sign-in, memberships and notification preferences. You must first assign another active owner to every organization where you are the only owner, or close those organizations. Business content remains with the organizations. Administrator accounts are managed separately by an administrator.
To cancel a plan while keeping your organization, use the billing portal instead. See Plans, billing and your free trial.
