The SignBlink dashboard can be installed from your browser. It uses the same sign-in, content and permissions as the website.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open your SignBlink sign-in address in Safari.
  2. Open the Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. If offered, keep Open as Web App enabled.
  3. Open SignBlink using its new home-screen icon and sign in.

Push notifications need iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later and a home-screen installation. See Apple's Web Push guidance.

Android

Open SignBlink in Chrome and use Install app or Add to Home screen from its menu. When available, Settings → Install app also offers an installation button.

Choose push notifications

  1. Open Settings → Notifications in the installed app.
  2. Under Push notifications, select the events you want and choose Enable on this device.
  3. Accept the browser's notification permission prompt.
  4. Use Send test beside your connected device to check delivery.

Choose Save push choices after changing events. Turn off removes a device's subscription. Each organization has separate choices, and email choices remain separate. Signing out ends push subscriptions tied to that session. Sign in and enable push again to reconnect it.

Approvers can receive review requests; authors can receive decisions. Screen alerts follow the screens your role can access. Your browser and phone control sounds, focus modes and notification display. If permission is blocked, allow notifications in the browser or device settings.

The dashboard needs internet access to manage screens. Its offline page does not store your account pages or API responses. Signage players retain their separate offline playback support.
